R.M. Fischer’s “Wading Pool,” which stood outside Sony’s movie headquarters in Culver City, California, is now in New Rochelle’s Ruby Dee Park at Library Green. It’s one of many public art pieces the city and the Downtown Business Improvement District plan to install this year.
