Has anyone noticed how busy the officer (sitting alternately in a marked car, unmarked car, on a motorcycle) has been on Chatsworth Ave near CVS in Larchmont? Can we get statistics on what kind of tickets he’s writing and what they are adding up to on a monthly ba$is? I’m all for traffic safety near a school, but can’t help wondering if the cash machine for village coffers is getting out of hand.
Why isn’t there a police blotter for the Village of Mamaroneck?
Thank you for asking. We have attempted to get the VOM Police Blotter, but they are unwilling to provide it unless there is an incident that *they* wish to publicize. We are filing a Freedom of Information request for this, because this information is intended to be available to the public, and they are not making it available. Stay tuned.
