  1. Has anyone noticed how busy the officer (sitting alternately in a marked car, unmarked car, on a motorcycle) has been on Chatsworth Ave near CVS in Larchmont? Can we get statistics on what kind of tickets he’s writing and what they are adding up to on a monthly ba$is? I’m all for traffic safety near a school, but can’t help wondering if the cash machine for village coffers is getting out of hand.

    • Thank you for asking. We have attempted to get the VOM Police Blotter, but they are unwilling to provide it unless there is an incident that *they* wish to publicize. We are filing a Freedom of Information request for this, because this information is intended to be available to the public, and they are not making it available. Stay tuned.
