Hankering for a mid-century modern chair for your study? Does your teenager need a dress to the prom? Are your little ones asking for dress-up clothes for playdates? Does dad have a thing for antique tools, or fine old maps and prints?
And how about that silver service you inherited from Aunt Louise that you really, really need to get appraised?
This weekend, the Mamaroneck Schools Foundation will once again present the Larchmont Antiques Show, a highly respected fair of antiques, fine arts, collectibles and coveted memorabilia. The gym at Mamaroneck High School will be converted to a bustling marketplace chock full of rare and unique items for all budgets. Check out the vintage clothing and handbags (pictured). New this year: free appraisals all day Sunday, AND a piece of the old Yankee Stadium to be raffled off!
Stop by, eat some hotdogs and chili. It’s a great way to get some shopping done while supporting local schools.
Mamaroneck High School, 1000 Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck (use the Post Road entrance). Saturday, 10am to 5pm; Sunday, 10am to 4pm.
