Rye Police are looking for 17 year old Jacqueline Socarides, pictured above. She is said to be 140 lbs., with brown eyes, and blonde hair with pink and lavender highlights.
Police say she has contacts throughout the New York metropolitan area and is believed to be in a fragile emotional state.
