We can’t keep up with the number of people that have written asking about the closing of Imperial Seafood in Mamaroneck, but another door has opened…the door to La Maree Smokehouse over in Washingtonville/The Flats in Mamaroneck.
La Maree Smokehouse (436 Waverly Ave.) owner Brett Portier confirms that Phil from Imperial "came over last week, and it’s a good collaboration." While they’re still "working stuff out," he says they will now have "every possible fresh fish, shellfish, prepared foods and game." Sounds like it’s worth checking out!
That would be wonderful. That collaboration would make a great fish store. More choices. If you add in great customer service, it would be a sure fire Winner.
