 
Chef Rafael Palomino, who is behind several restaurants, including Sonora and (the late) Pacifico in Port Chester, and the Greenwich Tavern appears to be almost ready to open a Spanish/Tapas eatery at the old Pascal’s space at 141 Chatsworth Avenue. Reportedly the name will be… Palomino’s.
and LoHud Small Bites reports the old La Villetta Space at 7 Madison Ave., near the NY Sports Club strip mall will become Madison Kitchen in May.  Chef/owner Nick Di Bona (late of Peter Pratt’s Inn in Yorktown) plans New American cuisine. “Most of the current tables for four will be replaced with cozy and inviting two-tops and banquettes—making any evening of the week a date night.  Chef Di Bona also envisions a 12 seat bar area where locals can stop in to have a quick bite and enjoy a craft beer or wine on tap.”
