This is Push Fitness‘ Push Max Outdoor Boot Camp at Mamaroneck Harbor, and it’s one of many offerings at this unique fitness center.

With Personal Training and small group classes from 5:45 am to 7:30 pm, Push is a one stop shop for a unique mix of exercise and fitness.

“This is kind of a blend of the best of everything, a great community with a team spirit,” says Eddie Geideman, Push Fitness Owner. “There’s a certain feeling here, a certain energy.”

Established here by Geideman nearly three years ago after working at the New York Sports Club in New Rochelle, he stresses the focus on the whole person, not just exercise.

“To me it’s not just the workout, it’s knowing the person and having them lead a successful life not just here but outside of here, and they’re connected, there’s a connection with success both in and out of the gym”

He’s even written an eBook about it.

Sign up for a Push Max class, and you may not know what’s in store that day. A run outside, yoga and slow stretches, plyometrics, maybe strength training. There’s a group run Saturday mornings, the Outdoor Boot camp in the video above on Sundays, even a Volleyball Team.

There’s a lot going on.

“As a Trainer, I have found that when you mix it up, the body grows fastest when faced with new challenges,” he says.
