LARCENY

A New Rochelle man reported on 6/22 that while he was playing basketball at the Chatsworth School playground someone took his iPhone, valued at $500.

LARCENY

A Shore Drive resident reported on 6/24 that someone used his personal information and purchased merchandise in the amount of $ 1200.

LARCENY

A Stuyvesant Ave resident reported on 6/24 that someone removed his bicycle, valued at $150, from Lot 1.

VEHICLE IMPOUND

A scofflaw vehicle with $750 in outstanding fines was impounded from Lot 6 on 6/25.

VEHICLE & TRAFFIC LAW ARREST

A New Rochelle man was arrested on 6/27 and charged with operating with a suspended license after he was observed operating a motor vehicle on Boston Post Rd and committing a traffic infraction. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on his own recognizance.

7/5/2013, Identity Theft in the First Degree

Complainant reported that somebody fraudulently charged $4000 on her credit card.

Rye

6/28, Fraudulent Offenses

It was reported that a heavy set black male attempted to pass fraudulent money orders at Citi Bank on Boston Post Road.

6/29, Criminal Mischief

Caller reported that an unknown person keyed the rear passenger door of her car parked on Milton Road.

7/2, Warrant Criminal

A walk in turned himself in to the Rye Police Station on a warrant arrest. No information is available regarding the subject of the warrant.

7/2, Counterfeiting/ Forgery

Candy Rox of Purchase Street reported counterfeit hundred dollar bills in their cash taken in during the last several days.

7/2, Kidnapping/Abduction

Caller reported his teenage daughter to be gone for twelve hours and out of communication for six hours. The teenage girl returned home later that night.

7/5, Suspicious Incident

Complainant reported that an unknown person made charges to his credit card without permission ($800).

7/5, Stolen Vehicle

A walk in reported a white Nissan Altima parked on Old Post Road for several weeks without being moved. The vehicle was confirmed as stolen out of New York City.

7/5, Fraud

Complainant reported an unknown person made a withdrawal from her NYS benefit account without permission ($60).

7/5, Arrest

One 16 year old male was arrested in Harbor Island Park for unlawful possession of marijuana. One 15 year old female was issued a village code summons for possessing an open container of alcohol.

7/6, V&T Arrest

An arrest was made on Mamaroneck Avenue for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
