Village of Mamaroneck
A Mamaroneck Village resident reports about 12:50 AM on 9/27 she heard a police call that there was a fight in progress at Molly Spillane’s Restaurant upstairs on the second floor, “involving 15-20 people.” The Town of Mamaroneck and Village of Larchmont were called to assist, and the fight broke up appr. 1:05 am.
The Village reports a marked increase in the number of vehicle accidents in the last few weeks.
These incidents are those most recently reported by local police:
Sept. 15-Unauthorized Credit Card charge–A resident on Lorraine Street reported an unauthorized charge of approximately $200 to a retail store, was charged to their credit card without permission.
Sept. 12- 7oo block of Old White Plains Road, officers responded to verbal dispute over the price of a beer in front of a residence, on the street.
Sept. 12- Unauthorized taking monies – Funds were debited (possibly via transfer) from a bank account without complainant’s authorization. Under investigation.
Sept 12 at 5:26 pm, 500 Block of Jefferson St., and 7:50 pm, 500 Block of North Barry Ave.- Reports of a man soliciting magazines without a permit. Police detained suspect.
Sept. 11 at 7:34 pm- A 24 year old male from Mamaroneck Village arrested for consuming open container of alcohol in public.
Sept. 9- A Fenimore Road resident reported a package was delivered to the mailroom of an apartment building and thrown into the trash chute. Package was recovered, and contained a book.
Sept. 8- Several people were reported trespassing on the grounds of the Shore Acres Club property on The Parkway without permission. After refusing to leave, they were removed from the property.
Sept. 8- A 24 year old woman from Mahopac charged with unlawful possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop for driving without a license. She was released on bail and due in court.
Village of Larchmont
A New Rochelle man was arrested on 9/16 and charged with operating with a suspended registration after he was observed driving a vehicle on Boston Post Rd. and committing a traffic infraction. M——, 33, was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The vehicle was impounded and the operator released on $100 bail.
A Port Chester man was returned on an arrest warrant issued by Larchmont Justice Court by Westchester County Department of Probation personnel on 9/17. A—– 20, was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.

Town of Mamaroneck
Sept 19- Man charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in domestic dispute, Richbell Road.
Sept. 17- At the Stop and Shop on Boston Post Road, a shopper noticed her wallet missing. Later, charges were posted on the credit cards that were taken. Grand Larceny.
Sept 16- East Hickory Grove Road-Criminal Mischief. Resident’s car front passenger side window shattered while car was in driveway.
Sept. 11- Larceny-Officer on patrol noticed black Honda sedan missing front and rear passenger side wheels and tires missing, parking area behind Trader Joe’s, off Boston Post Road.
Sept 10- Petit Larceny- Bike stolen off roof bike rack of Toyota parked in driveway on Fenimore Road.
