Town of Mamaroneck

4/15/2013, Identity Theft- 1st Degree

Complainant was notified by clothing store, Saks 5th Avenue, regarding a $2900 purchase. However, the complainant did not make such a purchase, and the money was refunded back to the complainant’s credit card.

4/17/2013, Petit Larceny

Complainant’s window located on the driver’s side of the vehicle was shattered; a Garmin GPS ($150) was stolen from the vehicle.

4/18/2013, Identity Theft-1st Degree

A check was cashed for the amount of $2,750 at the Badger Swim Club located on 119 Badger Camp in victim’s name. Chase Bank is still investigating the case.

4/19/2013, Larceny- 4th Degree

A wallet ($50) and cash ($350) was taken from an unoccupied vehicle located in victim’s driveway on Carriage House Lane.

Village of Mamaroneck

4/16/2013, Criminal Mischief

A 43 year old man from Mamaroneck Village was charged with one count of criminal mischief in the 4th degree and two counts of criminal mischief in the 3rd degree for damaging two village street signs and damaging tires on two vehicles.

4/18/2013, Larceny

Complainant reports unknown person entered her vehicle while it was parked on street overnight. A Mac laptop ($2500) and a wallet containing $200 cash and a credit/debit card were taken.

4/18/2013, Larceny

Complainant reports a reconstruction excavator was parked at Waverly Avenue sometime between 3/28-4/18; an unknown person took the pistor/ jackboom from excavator ($8,000) and damaged two hoses ($400).

4/18/2013, Larceny

Complainant reports someone made an unauthorized charge on his ATM debit card. The charges estimate to be around $4,000.

Rye

4/16/2013, Criminal Mischief

Complainant reports that the mirror on his vehicle is being damaged on a regular basis. There are no suspects at this time, and the complainant estimates the charges to be about $1,000. The vehicle is a 2003 Saab.

Larchmont Police have nothing to report this week.
