PENAL LAW ARREST

A Bronx man was arrested during the early morning hours of 8/5 on Deane Place after Larchmont Police Officers responded to a call of a suspicious male.  A male, 24, was charged with Possession of Burglar Tools, posted $500 bail and was released to New Rochelle Police on an active warrant of arrest.

LARCENY

A Rockwood Drive resident reported on 8/8 that someone removed his bicycle, valued at $400, from Lot 1.

7/31/2013, Arrest

A 17 year old female and a 20 year old male from the Village of Mamaroneck were issues summons for being in Van Ranst Place Park after hours. The 17 year old female was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

8/1/2013, Larceny

Complainant reported advertising signs were taken from his property on West Boston Post Road.

8/1/2013, Arrest

A 42 year old male from White Plains was issued a summons for possessing an open container of alcohol on Mamaroneck Avenue.

8/2/2013, Burglary

Complainant reports an unknown person entered his residence on White Plains Road and took cash in the amount of $1500.

A 22 year old male from the Village of Mamaroneck was issued a summons for possessing an open container of alcohol on Mamaroneck Avenue..

8/3/2013, Arrest

An 18 year old male from the Village of Mamaroneck was issues a summons for unlawful possession of alcohol in Van Ranst Place Park.

8/4/2013, Property Stolen

A Complainant came into the Police Station to report the license plates from his vehicle had been stolen.

8/6/2013, Arrest

A 21 year old male from the Village of Mamaroneck was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest subsequent to a traffic stop. He was released on $500 bail and is due in court on 8/8/2013.

7/29/2013, Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree

The Bonnie Briar Pro Shop reported golf caps and clubs ($800) missing from their store which they discovered while they were doing an inventory check.

8/2/2013, Identity Theft in the First Degree

Complainant reported that someone forged a check for $12,000 from their checking account. The money was withdrawn.

8/5/2013, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree

Giacomo Service Center on 5th Avenue reported a broken window on one of the cars they had been working on.

8/3/2013, Property Stolen

Complaint reported her Ipad Stolen from Paul Hudson Salon on Purchase Street in Rye.

8/5/2013, Criminal Mischief

Homeowner on Billlington Avenue reported that somebody in a Black Ford SUV threw some sort of explosive into his mailbox and destroyed it.

8/5/2013, Larceny

Caller reported jewelry stolen from her residence on Island Drive. The Resident is compiling data on missing property. The Citi card belonging to the suspect was entered into the evidence.

All 4 tires were stolen from a car in VOM train station parking lot yesterday, again. So many thefts there. Still no camera and obviously not enough patrols.
