There are few things that are more appealing than a blank canvas, on an easel, next to a palette of fresh paint.

Add to that a margarita (or drink and snack of choice), a room full of people and a skilled artist in the lead and you have the makings of a great party, aka Art Par-tay.

Carey Federspiel’s Larchmont- based ArtPartay hosts art events and painting parties. A recent paint party at Tequila Sunrise brought out 22 people gathered before individual easels to paint two arrangements of spring tulips from the Flower Bar.
