President Barack Obama will be in News Rochelle and Purchase on Friday, Aug. 29.
LoHud reports the first event will be a barbecue hosted by investment banker Robert Wolf in Purchase to raise funds for the the Democratic National Committee. The second event will be held in New Rochelle and will be more of a round-table event.
Talk of the Sound reports Obama will be visiting a house in the area of Premium Point, and that businesses in the area were notified the Secret Service that roads around the entrance to the gated community on Route 1 will be closed off from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday.
