We often bemoan the all too common mishaps between trucks and the Metro North overpass near the Mamaroneck Train Station at Mamaroneck and Hoyt Avenues.
It happened again Thursday about 2:20 pm when a truck hauling raw sewage made an unexpected stop when it became wedged under the bridge.
No injuries were reported, and the truck was pulled out.

Maybe if the lower 1 foot of the bridge was bright yellow it would alert truck drivers.
I have driven to work and home for 50+ years under that bridge and seen dozens of trucks stuck.
eeek! A RAW SEWAGE truck?? Gross!
