This has been a great year for New Rochelle High School’s sports teams: The Huguenots won the State Championship in football, our doubles team (the Cruz sisters) won the State Tennis title, our cheerleaders — both the varsity and the JV — took the National title in Florida last month, our beloved NRHS alum Ray Rice was on the Super Bowl winning Ravens, and now this. Kudos to all the parents, teachers and coaches who help these young people excel.
