We hope to begin rebuilding the stone wall around the burying ground on Tuesday, July 9th, and Wednesday 10th, with the help of the Mamaroneck High School Football team.
We hope to complete the monuments restoration on Friday, July 12, and Saturday, July 13th.
We haven’t found the body of Edward Floyd De Lancey yet, sorry.
This project is only possible because of the financial support of the Mamaroneck Historical Society, the Town of Mamaroneck, the Harrison-Mamaroneck Rotary Club, The Woman’s Club, The Elks, and some very generous private individuals PLUS the help of volunteers apparently working off some heavy karma.
