Parking on Mamaroneck Avenue can be frustrating. Finding a space. Feeding the meter. Getting stopped by the cops for crossing the center lines making a left into an empty space.

Now, there are new parking hours on the Avenue: 8:00 am -8:00 pm. But you can avoid a ticket and pay to park from inside your car with a new mobile app at waytopark.com

You’ll have to download it (it was a little buggy for us at first) and give it your credit card info. Next time you’re on Mamaroneck Avenue (or anywhere else in the world on the system) just enter the zone and meter number, pay and youre done. If the meter expires, you’ll get an alert. Just add time from the app- no running in the rain to feed the meter.
