More new commercial tenants for Larchmont’s Chatsworth Avenue should bring a welcome change to those empty storefronts. 
Augie’s, which you may know from their 2417 Boston Post Road location is moving into the former Harry’s Burritos space at 94 Chatsworth Avenue. Their other location of the family style Italian restaurant has closed. They say they hope to be up and running in December.
Fjord Fish Market had hoped to open at 134 Chatsworth Avenue by July 4, but is still unable to give a projected date at this time. We’re told by a PR staffer that the store, which has other locations in Connecticut, will open “certainly after Thanksgiving.”

oops! Youre right….we were going to include the new eatery going in next to Fjord on Chatsworth, but I didnt have enough information….if anyone out there knows….thanks!
There is a coffee house opening up where the bakery was, next to the barber shop.
