Back home, the Sunday School of Saint Thomas Episcopal Church in Mamaroneck held a Valentine’s Day-themed fundraiser to benefit earthquake victims. The event, which included a bake sale, candy raffles and silent auction of children’s toys, was conceived and organized by the Sunday School children and the Sunday School director, Kate Beeby. About $333 has been raised so far.  All funds raised will be donated to the Episcopal Relief and Development. The raffle will continue through Sunday, February 7th.
