Local architect Robert Keller of Keller/Eaton architects has been awarded House of the Week by the Wall Street Journal. This recognition is presented by the Wall Street Journal’s on-line edition and recognizes one house nationally each week. This allows Mr Keller’s design to be in the running for House of the Year 2014 with 50 other national recipients.
Mr Keller’s home design was built on a grandfathered piece of property high on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the National Seashore in Cape Cod. This modern Wellfleet, Massachusetts design took advantage of the unique site and offered views from every room, locally sourced materials, a sensitive approach to light and space and a unique internal flow.
