September 11th observances are scheduled this year on Tuesday, September 11 as follows:
Larchmont/Mamaroneck: Town of Mamaroneck, and the Villages of Mamaroneck and Larchmont hold a ceremony at 5 p.m. at “Girl Scout Rock” in Memorial Park. The location is on Myrtle Boulevard between Chatsworth and Baldwin Avenues, adjacent to the Larchmont Train Station. Join First Responders, Veterans, Clergy, local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and public officials.
New Rochelle: A candlelight vigil at 7 p.m. American Legion Post No. 8, 112 North Ave.
Pelham: Remembrance ceremony will be held at 8:30 a.m. at Memorial Park, Harmon Avenue, across from the Gazebo.
