Turtle Park is now reopened after months of transformation. The official opening Sunday of the Virginia A. McGuire Memorial Playground in Larchmont’s Turtle Park brought both kids and supporters of the Turtle Park Project morning. Larchmont Mayor Lorraine Walsh cut the ribbon.
