The Golden Shoestring, the thrift store located in Larchmont, supplied clothes and housewares to nine local families displaced from their homes after two serious fires over the last two months.
The store is the primary fundraiser of the Junior League of Westchester on the Sound. Proceeds also fund the League’s community projects and scholarships and community grants.
The Junior League is asking the community to continue to support the Sound Shore area by donating to the Golden Shoestring.
