Indivisible Westchester Continues Mobilization Effort

indivisible westchester

The kick-off meeting of Indivisible Westchester January 29th in Larchmont was the beginning of a major movement to defeat Trump’s extremist agenda and promote a progressive agenda locally and nationally.

Numerous smaller (15 – 20 people) action groups were formed from the 700 people who came together January 29th, and these action groups are already generating positive change at the local, state and national level. Indivisible groups have sprung into action across the nation, in every Congressional district, 1,500 people in Fargo, ND, alone!

If you were unable to join us at the kick-off meeting, it is not too late to become a powerful agent of change. Here is what you can do.
1.  Learn about the national Indivisible movement: http://www.indivisbleguide.com .

2.  Watch a 2.5 minute video for a quick overview of the national Indivisible movement. While the emphasis here is on Congress and ours in Westchester tends to beam in on local and state issues, the strategy is the same.  It’s on Facebook:

3.  Join Indivisible Westchester by going to http://www.indivisiblewestchester.org/ and sign up by hitting the SIGN UP drop-down button at upper right. It is important here to include your home address and zip code so that our local organizers can connect you with a group who is meeting close to your home, maybe your neighbors right down the street.

4.  Once you have registered with Indivisible Westchester, hit the CONTACT button at http://www.indivisiblewestchester.org/ and ask to be assigned to a dynamic group with whom you will become an agent of positive change in these terrible times!
