The new owners of Larchmont’s late great Kearns Deli

are Edwin and Amy Estacio. And the joint is now officially the Chatsworth Deli & Bakery.  

Edwin writes theLoop:

 I have been renovating the store since the purchase and we are making good progress.  We plan to open in early February or sooner if everything goes well. 
 
I will be placing a sign tomorrow (12.11) in the store window  "Coming Soon – Chatsworth Deli & Bakery".  My new deli will have the traditional assortment of deli and bakery products.  However, the major change will be a new hot food table and self serve salad bar.  We plan to be successful in Larchmont by being part of the community.  It is a beautiful town with friendly and interesting people.  One of our most important goals has been to partner with local vendors whenever possible.
