PELHAM– Bistro Rollin, which opened a popular, sophisticated bistro to Southern Westchester three years ago has added the R Bar. R Bar can accommodate 24 casual diners and will feature Executive Chef Manny Lozano’s lighter fare.
“The idea behind R Bar is to have a place where you can step off the train and have a burger, a half dozen oysters, or a selection of crostini and a glass of wine in a more casual setting,” says Paul Bratone, an owner and the manager of Bistro Rollin. ”
Bistro Rollin has just received five 2012 OpenTable Diners Choice Awards for “Best Overall Restaurant,” “Best Food,” “Fit for Foodies,” “Great for Brunch” and “Neighborhood Gem” in Westchester County and the HudsonValley.
