LARCHMONT– As hundreds of spectators watched the start of the grand finale of fireworks in Manor Park, a fireworks barge for the Larchmont Yacht Club burst into flames.
The harbor filled with smoke, as marine units responded. Police say the fire was extinguished by those on the barge and no one was hurt.
