A redraw of local flood maps by FEMA that would have allowed former Congressman Dick Ottinger and his wife, to move back
to the house they rebuilt in Orienta, and were then prohibited from occupying has hit a sudden snag.
The Village of Mamaroneck sent this notice Monday afternoon:
It is anticipated that the Board of Trustees will not open the Public Hearing this evening, 1/11/10, as FEMA has recinded a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR).
