The Social Fabric – An ArtsWestchester Exhibition

“The Social Fabric,” ArtsWestchester’s newest exhibition, features recent contemporary works and site-responsive commissions by artists who use textiles to explore issues of broad social consequence. Leveraging the familiar context of fabric and the accessible characteristics of their materials, the artists challenge the dominant norms within vital themes including identity, consumerism, climate, equity, and justice.
