The Constant Changing Face of Our Community: A Program With Local Officials

The Public Affairs committee of The Woman’s Club of Larchmont, Inc. has invited local elected officials to address the current changes and challenges in the Larchmont-Mamaroneck area. 

Lorraine Walsh, Mayor of the Village of Larchmont, is in her third term as Mayor having been a trustee for 5 years prior. She has made improvements in technology and communication and improved relationships with Village businesses.

Tom Murphy, Mayor of the Village of Mamaroneck, for two terms, has served the community since 2001 as VOM trustee and Town of Mamaroneck councilman. He has been interested in Village zoning and in affordable housing and has a been involved with the L/M Hunger Task Force. 

Nancy Seligson, Town of Mamaroneck Supervisor, is a long time local, county and state leader on environmental issues. She has been Supervisor for 5 terms and has run unopposed in recent elections and gained bipartisan respect for her leadership roles on many local issues.
