Swim Across America Long Island Sound Chapter (SAA-LIS), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for cutting-edge cancer research and prevention programs through open-water and pool swims, is holding its 30th Anniversary open-water swim at Larchmont Yacht Club.
Swimmers may swim 2K, 5K or 10K for cancer research and support services.
Proceeds from the swim will support the Swim Across America research lab, Dr. Luis Diaz and the MSK Kids Department of Pediatrics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; pediatric oncology research at Morgan Stanley Columbia University Medical Center; and patient services with Cancer Support Team.
