Filmmaker Ben Zuckert, a 2010 graduate of Mamaroneck High School, returns to The Center for Continuing Education with his second feature film NOAH WISE, the story of two aspiring musicians in New York City. When the film’s title character’s band takes a break, he becomes a fifth grade band teacher. Band students from Chatsworth Avenue and Hommocks schools make their on-screen debuts in the film and various Larchmont locales are featured including Chatsworth Avenue School, The Larchmont Music Academy and the Ballroom program at St. John’s Church. The film was shown at the Twin Cities Film Fest where it was nominated for best feature. A talkback with Ben and Independent Film instructor Michael DiGennaro will follow the screening.
