Learn the basics about Sumac – a powerful little berry, used traditionally in medicine and in Middle Eastern cuisine.

The Farm & Wellness: Herbal Health for Fall
Saturday, September 8, 12 PM – 2 PM
Join local herbalist Clare Pierson for a demonstration class focused on cooking up immune-boosting infusions and supplements using herbs and other natural ingredients like astragalus and Stone Barns Center honey and garlic.

Grow Your Own: Bitters
Saturday, September 8, 1 PM – 3 PM
Bitters are being reinvented, and in this fabulous class you will make (and be able to take home) your very own batch.

Kids in the Kitchen

Join us for a fun, hands-on cooking class for kids ages 5-10. Harvest ingredients on the farm and then use them to make delicious and healthy dishes that are easy to replicate at home.
