The third annual Sound Shore St. Patrick’s Day parade will be on Sunday, March 23 at 1:30pm.
If the last two are any indication, look for families lining Mamaroneck Avenue decked out in all things green. Bag pipers, Irish step dancers, nine marching bands and over 40 local and regional organizations will march down Mamaroneck Avenue and will kick off at 1:30 pm midway between the Mamaroneck Metro North station and I-95 and conclude at Harbor Island Park.
The parade promotes Irish heritage in the Sound Shore community, and provides college scholarships of $2500 to local students in Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Rye, Port Chester, New Rochelle and Harrison.
