Coming Up: Opposition to Larchmont Development- Dec 14

Village of Larchmont residents will gather at the Board of Trustees meeting on Monday, December 14, at 7:30 p.m. where the planned demolition and subdivision of historic home 40 Ocean Avenue – which has stood as an iconic and beautiful property in the heart of Larchmont Manor for nearly 120 years – will be discussed, and a moratorium on demolitions and subdivisions within the Village will be considered.

KOSL Building Group is purchasing the home at 40 Ocean Avenue and has already submitted plans to level the historic home, along with the old growth trees that stand beside it.  KOSL proposes to subdivide the property into four new houses.
