Breezy Hill Orchard & Cider Mill – Breezy Hill Orchard & Cider Mill grows more than 100 varieties of apples & other fruit. They are certified in the Eco Apple program, and value the health of the environment just as much as we value fresh, highly flavored fruit and baked goods.

He launched a line of artisanal breads that include authentic French Baguettes, Ficelles, Italian Paesano and Ciabatta, as well as hamburger buns that have helped define and support a new, creative menu item in high-end restaurants.

Bobolink Dairy and Bakehouse – founded by Jonathan White, Cheesemaker and Nina Stein White, Dancemaker , in 2002, on a leased farm in Sussex County, NJ.  They began making artisanal cheeses from the milk of our twenty mixed-breed, grass-fed cows.  Today, they milk between 50-60 cows including their “Bobolink Blacks”, which are the result of crossing several common “modern” dairy breeds (Ayrshire, Guernsey, Jersey, etc.) with the ancient Kerry cattle of Ireland to make their cheese.

Brooklyn Eats on the Road – The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is a community that group that supports and advocates for its member businesses. Their mission is to promote a healthy and robust business environment in Brooklyn. We will have a rotating vendor from the Brooklyn Chamber each week at the New Rochelle Grand Market.

Ready Set Sharp Knife Sharpening Service – Good cooks need sharp knives. They have been sharpening area knives for years at farmer’s markets. Leave your knives and come back to ready to use sharpened knives.
