Did you know that Larchmont/Mamaroneck has a competitive swim team that trains at the Hommocks Pool all summer? Did you know that this team, comprised of boys and girls ages 6-17 is two-time DIVISION CHAMPION? Over 100 local kids do!
On Friday, July 17th, at 5:30pm at Hommocks Pool, please join the Mamaroneck Swim & Dive Club (MSC) as the team hosts its 2nd Annual Invitational Swim Meet – A summer evening of races and fun with the Hommocks Pool Community and invited competitors from Lake Isle Country Club and Orienta Beach Club.
Races will begin at 5:30 pm followed by a BBQ, Music, and lawn games 6:30-8:30. BBQ foods available for purchase will be provide by the Zehe Family, an MSC family and owners of Apiary in Larchmont. Proceeds from the BBQ will support the Mamaroneck Swim Club’s events and activities.
The Mamaroneck Swim & Dive Club (MSC), which was formed by the Town of Mamaroneck 20 years ago, is coached by Kat and Kevin Stuttle. Both competitive in swimming and diving themselves, the pair have coached our “Town’s Team” to win our County Division and send swimmers in all age categories to the Westchester County and Conference Finals each Summer – Come and cheer on your local team!
