The Larchmont-Mamaroneck Local Summit meets October 16 with historic preservation leaders from the Preservation League of New York State and the villages of Larchmont and Ossining.
The panel will discuss national, state and county-wide preservation protocols, ordinances and results, and how these might be applied to the Village of Larchmont.
