You may remember Carol from the old Longford’s Ice Cream store in Larchmont.
Carol Kinghan (nee Graff), a resident of Rye, NY died surrounded by her loving daughter, partner and family on July 31, 2014 after a long battle with cancer. Carol loved life and smiled through all of its glories, trials and tribulations. She was a strong woman and through the worst of times she looked forward to what life offered, remained positive and was an inspiration to all who knew her.
Carol was born to William and Anna (Restuccio) Graff in Carmel, NY on July 26, 1961. After the unexpected death of her mother Anna in 1964, Carol was raised by her paternal Aunt Louise (Graff) and Uncle Ralph Fasano.
Carol is survived by her beloved daughter and best friend, Jacqueline Kinghan, and her partner, Steven Bitondo, sons Michael Bitondo and Steven Bitondo, her father, William Graff and wife Merla Graff, of Palm Coast, FL, siblings Lisa Bybel (John) of Yonkers, Donna Iennaco of Yorktown, Philip Graff of Bolton, VT and William Graff Jr. of Stamford, CT, nieces and nephews: Stefanie Ienacco, Andrea Bybel, Andrew Bybel, Kristina Ienacco, Alaysha Graff, LeAnn Graff and Konrad Graff, Carol was predeceased by her son Christopher P. Kinghan, mother Anna and her Aunt Louise.
Carol was office manager for Top of the Line Design Firm in Connecticut.

A gathering to celebrate her life will take place Tuesday from 4-8pm. A mass will be held Wednesday at 10:00am at the Church of the Resurrection, Rye with entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
As a Celebration of her life, Carol requested all attendees wear white.
