A 16-year-old Larchmont boy was arrested for driving under the influence with three teen-age passengers in his car just after midnight on May 2.
Police said they witnessed the car failing to stop at a red light and then driving erratically. The driver was pulled over on the 1600 block of Mamaroneck Avenue and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The law also prohibits one to drive after 9:00 pm with a junior license, or with more than one unrelated passenger.
At headquarters, the teen agreed to take the chemical test, which confirmed he was driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Two Larchmont girls and a Mamaroneck boy were passengers in the car, police said.
The driver is due in court on May 6.
